Q. Are the shipments free?

A. Of course, all of our items have free shipping option, so you only have to pay the item price.

Q. Do you send worldwide?

A. Yes, we provide free shipping to more than 150 countries around the world. If there is a problem with your shipping area you can communicate immediately and the money will be refunded without any problem.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Typical shipping times are 8-12 business days.

Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

A. We ship items out in small groups so that you don’t get stung at customs, and also to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive.

Q.  How i make and order?

A. Choose the products that you like, and click on “Add to cart”

Click on the cart (top right icon) and click on Checkout.

Then complete with your shipping information and make the payment.

Q. Payment methods

A. We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, debit card, bank transfer and bank deposit. You can choose the one you want.

Q. Order cancellation.

A. All orders can be canceled and therefore returned the money except if they have already been sent.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an item, you must contact us through the contact tab of our website within a maximum period of 12 hours.

Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, you can no longer cancel your order.

Q. Refunds

A. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed period, you can request for a refund.

You can send refund requests within 5 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired. You can do this by sending us a message in the form of the contact tab of our website.

Once approved, the refund will be processed and the money will be returned in the original payment method with which the purchase is made within a maximum period of 14 days.
